The only nasty milk I ever had was togg milk. I owned 2, and their milk was simply foul. I suspected before you solved it that your problem was vitamins and minerals. I wanted to add, though. Goat milk is very absorbent. If you have certain leftovers stored in the fridge, garlic, fish, etc. the milk can absorb these flavors through the glass jars and make it taste nasty.

Milk cannot absorb flavor through glass. If it is airtight, they only way it would taste bad is if it soured.

well, maybe it can through the lids cracks if the seal isn't perfect. All I know, is on 2 separate occasions in my goat owning time, I have had this happen. Once was with fish and once with a garlic dish. The milk tasted like fish and tasted like garlic. It wasn't simply sour.
