I had to have a bill of sale to transfer my Nigerians in my name for both AGS and ADGA, now I have to get a record of transfer from AGS to get my girls ADGA.
AGS in my experience has not been a very good registry. I had no intention of renewing my membership and they took the check I sent to transfer one of my goats into my name and renewed my membership then proceeded to send me a bill for the extra.
If the woman is in driving distance you can print the bill of sale fill all but her signature out and take it too her, so all she has to do is sign. I would also cross check the tattoos to make sure they match the papers, you may not even have the right goat. How my mentor keeps up with all his goats just amazes me, but hes got more goats than I have ever seen in my entire life, but he does. Heck I cant even remember whos got who from the two members that bought from me here so accidents can happen but I think this person sounds like she knows exactly what she is doing.
