Yogurt fiasco....

How much dried milk is "one package"?

I might just try your way from the start, as I've never made yogurt before

The sealed baggy-package thingy says "Makes one quart". It does NOT say the weight of the powder within it.

I just used the whole thing. :shrugs:

I have a lot of them. My mother bought them about four years ago for some reason, and they have been stored in zip-lock bags which were then sealed in a plastic vacuum food sealer bag.
