Congrats on the birth of Surprise. My goats that raised their babies last year used to use one side for their baby and the other side for me to milk....thats what your girls udder looks like Surprise has had a drink, and it may be her favorite side so you will have to milk the other side.

I milked the full side and what was left in the other side ysterday and got a full quart. It looks and tastes just like milk, so i am going to treat it as such and start enjoying it! Now i am just waiting for the NDs to start kidding.

Suprise is a mini nubian. Her ears are still laying down like a nubians, but are shorter. She has really lomg legs. I will try to get a picture of her standing. I just keep forgeting to take the camera with me.
