@Pony - - That's my Ellie, she's an American Bulldog. If you look close, her little mini buddy Rocky is looking out the door with her. They make sure I get to the mailbox safely!

bcadybug, Buster was an AB too; like your Ellie, he was more "Scott" than "Johnson" type. You can teach Ellie to get the mail, you know.  Our daughter taught Buster to fetch in the paper every day - even the Sunday paper, which was a challenge for him!
