Most of your care will be the same, just double check any vaccinations and wormer, etc. to be sure they are "sheep" safe. Otherwise, they appreciate long plane rides to Colorado. Just sayin'.

Yes it is an interesting article. I weighed him today at 6.5 lbs - little but really spunky. He is eating more today and sucking it down better. Yesterday I kept feeding him often because he would get so little down - today he is on 4 bottles and he sucks them dry.

He will be going to his new home next weekend along with 2 of my favorite does so I know that he will be in good hands. They have decided to call him Rambo. He just bounces around my house - soooo cute

You could have called him a designer dog and brought him on the plane in a carrier to me
I am glad he is going to a good home, I know diddly about sheep. He sure does look like a goat right now.

If you look up pictures of the Painted Desert Sheep he looks exactly like them. Where do you live in CO? I will be driving back from Vail in April or May and will be transporting goats. I am also really interested in moving up in the mountains - we rented a condo up there for 4 months(my son already lives there) and I am checking it all out.
