:nanner::nanner::nanner: So very glad to read the good news! You're doing an AWESOME job! |
Glad they seem to be doing better :)

Okay-
Star seems normal, Sammy's ears are normal, she is NOT wuffly now, gave her ProBios w/B vitamins in it, her temp is 102.5, her poo seems to be medium solid, she is nibbling at hay- got her some alfalfa- And I am going to lay down and maybe sleep a few. |
Before you do the TownTrip, check the batteries in the camera. After all this drama we need pix as soon as the little ones hit the ground.

They are doing much better.
Star seems pretty normal and Sammy "escaped"- I let her- needed to spread fresh straw anyway. I went in the house and came back out- she was back in the trailer- But now she is dripping more mucous from her vulva and standing by the door. She stares at me when I look in- "Out" she says. Nope, sorry Sammy. She ate a couple of handfuls of Calf Manna earlier and a couple of handfuls of oats just now, is nibbling at alfalfa. Gave her honey earlier, will do again soon, put more yoghurt on her vulva- OUCH it looks like it hurts- poor thing. I'm really hoping she won't kid for at least another day or four so she gets a chance to build her strength back up. I can't believe they both seem to have made it. I know I'm less than halfway through, them both being pregnant, but it looks good so far. Maybe I should poke around and see if I feel movement. Next time I go out. I managed to lose the case for my thermometer. GRRRR. Boy I'm glad I got it, though. My old ones will turn up soon, to be sure, but this one's digital and takes a temp in twenty seconds. Yay. Bless up! |

The kids may have commandeered them all by now though. It IS drama. I appreciate the help. I was pretty lost. Bless up! |
