We used this for a dog with puncture wounds. It worked great on him! It might help.
Wrap a layer of wet gauze around the leg. Soak another bunch of gauze in hot water and sprinkle liberally with epson salt. Wrap it around the leg and cover. Leave on for a while. Do this a couple times a day. (It's probably easier than trying to make her hold her leg in a bucket!)

As far as our cats, the lab just wants to "play" so I assume it would just want to "play" with the goats too. Not that it couldn't do some damage.

As for birds, the lab is...well a hunting dog. Any suggestions?

Our plan is to make the chicken enclosure super tight and the goat enclosure super tight.

My hunting dogs don't touch my chickens/ducks/turkeys because they are 'mine'... they will walk right through the pack of birds and don't even look at them. The pointer did go on point when he saw the turkey poults outside for the first time, but a quick 'leave it' and he walked away. I think a good beating with the dead poultry takes care of most of it. Always supervise the dog when the birds are out and step in before the dog gets too interested.

with the dog bites on my pygmy the first time I flushed with hydrogen peroxide and sprayed with the iodine spray I got from TSC it has a light pain reliever in it, left the wounds open gave a shot of LA200 (again 2 days later) and some probios with feed to deal with stress and antibiotics per directions. Those wounds healed up nice and quick. The second time took a bit longer because it was deeper and located on her shoulder so lots of movement after the initial antibiotic treatments just daily care of wound. Vet told me not to cover because it is better if they bleed /leak out naturally dont know if he was right but Gypsy healed up well both times..oh I also clipped the hair around the wounds, so now we are just waiting for her hair to grow back.

oh with a leg and swelling you could try bucket of warm water and enough iodine in the water to where it looks like a weak tea and try soaking the leg in it..if wounds are to high for bucket soak a cloth in the mix and use it as a compress. If you use Hydrogen peroxide you need to cover the wound with something like the iodine or antibiotic...peroxide cleans everything from a wound including the "good" germ fighting white blood cells...
