She is clearing the top hot hire, aprox 4 1/2 feet up. Yes it is putting out one heck of a snap! I checked it with my tester and I accidentally grabbed it

The mastitis thing is not a weird thing, in the 4 years we have had her she has never been bred, but every spring she comes into milk, the vets gave me some injectable antibiotics, not sure what it was? She hates being hand milked, screams like I am beating her while I am milking? So I stuck my cows milking machine in her, I plugged 2 of the inflations and she loved it, her whole body relaxes when I put the machine on her? She much have been on a dairy at one point in her life?

My hubby caught her just about to jump out two nights ago, when she came over the fence he shot her with the paint ball gun, lol She freaked out and went back into her field and has not tried to escape since! Fingers crossed it fixed her!

4 1/2 feet is not that high at all. I would put the hot wire at least up another 8-10". I do like the paint ball idea. Reinforce it a couple of times and i bet it works.
