Tonya, I'm glad you were there with her. She knew she was loved and that you tried your best for her. I hope she finds Coffee, they can play together.

I haven't lurked here as regularly as of late, but was curious as to how Miss Minerva was doing. Just caught up with this thread. Had to search "Minerva" to get updated. I'm very sorry to read this.

There's not much more I can write that hasn't already been expressed, except to reiterate that sometimes the hardest task of good care is to selflessly make precisely this decision and follow through with it. It is the sign of a brave and caring owner.
It will get better.
