HE IS BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you for all the advice! He got better late evening. He is walking like normal. we gave him electrolites to start with but this morning I gave him a little goat milk replacer. Took his bottle great. The little guy is enjoying the wood heat this cold morning. My daughter worked hard and bought him about 2 weeks ago. He has had his shot but his second round is not yet due. He was hunched up to don't know what was wrong but so happy he is better. Thanks once again

I feel as good as you! Please keep a good watch on him. Sometimes goats appear to rally, then go downhill. Hopefully you've turned the corner. Isn't it the best feeling?!
You also mention milk replacer. Is this what he's been on all along?
White muscle is also something to be aware of in kids.

Get him off the milk replacer immediately and put him on whole cow or goats milk. Many, many if us have had very bad experience with milk replacer bloating kids and killing them. I won't use replacer ever again.

So glad he's doing better, nothing worse than having a sick baby goat or baby anything! Milk replacer is really not a good idea, Whole cow's milk from the store would be much better for him.
