Anything born within 10 days of the projected due date is considered "normal" but it may have contributed.

One of the things that may help them, if not the Se in Bo-Se is the E. Vitamin E is in there.

I'm voting selenium. I always give se. Unless you are UBER saturated, it won't be a bother...

Did you give them any Survive! or other? It gives them a boost too...

Like a molasses (iron) infusion... with vitamins...

pretty baby, btw.

p.s. I'd put them on some carpeting or carpet squares or a towel in an enclosed area... The front legs are just held to the body by muscle. The back legs are socketed and I don't think it's the best to let them splay like that.

imho.

You ruin baby geese and chicks and such by letting them splay-leg like that on newspaper shred - it's too slick...

They are doing better today. I followed a recommendation to give them pepto bismal and they also got a dose of selenium-e.
The buck is standing on his hoof properly now and we have the doe nursing from mom. They are both walking better now.

there was mention of using milk replacer. I am suprised no one mentione dthat is a problem yet. Use whole cows milk from the grocery store and the scours just may stop with just that. but if they are going to nurse then its a moot point.
