Molasses isn't the greatest thing for goats, makes their rumen more acid. But if I already had some, I might not be against going ahead and feeding it out to them, just making it a small part of their grain. Make sure to add it very slowly.

For grain, I feed 1 lb per 3 lbs milk produced. Part of the grain mix is alfalfa pellets, though after their grain ration if they're still being milked I occupy them with a trough of alfalfa pellets.

Sweet feed is just fine for goats as long as they're used to it. Wean them on to and off of it.
