Teach me not to see if anyone else is up on baby watch... could have chatted with you guys (and had an easier time staying awake) Have three about to go. We've got a barn cam installed (attached to a 24 inch tv, so I don't have to squint so much, trying to see what's going on in the barn... thru sleep bleary eyes) We're not having to go outside, but it's not just hop up, run in, take a peek and back to bed. I end up watching & watching & watching... this up every hour on the hour is starting to wear own both of us (and we're only on night 3)......
guess I get online and see if you guys are up during tonights barn peeks..
good luck with Lark... she does look close

Dang Emily, did you stay up all night ? If I did that I wouldn't be worth a crap the rest of the week. Your younger than I am though. Good luck.

Actually all three of these cats are unrelated to all our others. They came from a good friend as kittens/young cats. Lady Grey is very shy, but is blossoming under attention. Tyrel and Orrin Sacket are nuetered brothers.....the clowns of the household. I love them to pieces!!

I got three hours of sleep, getting up every hour. I'll make up for it after Lark kids. I should know better. Everytime I make the decision to stay up because a doe seems so close...she never kids till the next day.
Thankfully I'm not doing the driving when I take the trip later today.LOL!!

Susie, do keep us company next time.

TWIN DOES!! One black like the sire(Tuxedo), one brown like Lark. Both long and leggy. Can't decide which one I want to keep!
Didn't get the ordered buckling....but I'm not complaining. I have a doe due the 1st of February who might give me a buck to fill the order.

Most EXCELLENT.. twin does.. always a yipeee... (unless someone is sitting somewhere wishing for bucks ) I almost felt guilty in Oct when we just kept getting twin does and hardly any bucks at all.
susie, mo ozarks (((got a girl about ready to go... I'd be happy with one of each)))

Sorry for the lack of pics. I got back late lastnight and crashed after feeding kids. Since then I've chored and slept. Think I'm fighting the flu bug. I'll try to get pics downloaded tonight. The girls are running around my living room right now.

Ok! I was hoping for pictures. I brought in one of Molly's kids in the house to shave his head (sounds weird doesn't it? Well it helps so much when you are disbudding them!) Man I can't wait to bring in some kids of the Nubians!

Have fun Emily and get some sleep!
