I was wishing it was me! soon...very soon. I'm thinking it will be during the Packer game tomorrow just to irritate hubby. Right now she is browsing in the snowy frozen hay field without a care in the world...sometimes I wish I were a goat.

LOL! How much do you want to bet it'll be during a very close game just as the Packers go into overtime?!

Thanks for thinking of us! Last time I looked she was resting on the mat. She was just doing a lot of stretching today but was very active....no other signs yet. We are on the 2 hour check plan. I have midnight and 2am....hubby wanted 4am & 6am. So that is it for now!

Good luck!

Have a fun night. Don't worry I feel for you, I was thinking my first doe last year was going to kid for 30+ days before she did it (Lesson learn NEVER buy a doe that doesn't come with a breeding date! )

Good morning! No babies! I thought for sure today would be the day but now I don't think so... at 2am she was up and nibbling on hay and that was weird, she is usually sleeping and I noticed that her tail was so floppy and she is sinking in. If she didn't have such a heavy winter coat I think she would look even more sunken in. But she still is not doing ANY nesting, digging, baaaing....her hoo hoo looks pinker and seems to be more open. She is letting me do anything to her...I gave her a little trim around her udder with scissors! What a good girl...we have been doing lot's of brushing and scratching and she just loves it. When I scratch her between her back leg and udder she lifts her leg up! She is just such a sweetheart. So...maybe during the Packer game, if not hopefully tomorrow. I'll keep everyone posted...thanks for the support!!! You guys are the greatest

Okay I just checked the TV guide and the Packers game comes on here at 3:30. My hubby says he has no idea about goats, this year is our first year to have them and not kidded yet but, from other experiences he said if something is going to happen it always happens during a game. LOL He said that's even when I remember something inportant that I needed to tell him. Not before or after the game but, DURING. So I'll check back with ya around 4:00 my time and see how your girl is doing. Good Luck and I'm jealous.

Both my brothers called last night to ask how nervous my hubby is about the Packer game...he has a reputation I said who cares about the Packers! There are more important things going on around here ya know!!! We are originally from Wisconsin so that is why there is all fuss about the Packers....Me..I could give a rats behind about the Packers or any football or any spectator sport (except for Dog Agility competitions)
I'm going to go check on Gretta!
