What do you like most about raising goats?

I need to try goat milk. Anyone in to let me have a drink? there doesn't seem to be any dairy goats in my area. but I have noticed that there are quite a few from Missouri. I will be between Ava and Mtn. Grove, Mo next weekend and into the first of the week (21-24th). I am interested in a dairy goat but I need to try the milk first.

I have a friend here that has some milk that has been frozen. Will it taste the same as fresh?
