Congratulations! And good job!

I too, have had a vet tell me over the phone that goat kids would probably 'not make it'. Now, he is a horse vet - and he is kind enough to dispense with advice, and even the occasional prescription (banamine) over the phone, ie - he's not only out for your $$. In my case, a doe I had bought KIDDED in the trailer, and the triplets traveled over a thousand miles home, and ended up with pnuemonia. They all THREE made it - I let the vet know and he was amazed.

It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it!

Fantastic! I adore that pic too. It always makes me laugh seeing them sleep in that position. Make my neck hurt just looking at them. haha
