I live right near a Morton salt plant. What kind of salt do they need; rock, iodized, or regular table salt? I am getting my first Nigies this month (Thanks Liz) and have been reserching my feed options. I will be buying my hay from a local organic dairy farmer. My grain and minerals from an organic mill who will deliver it to a local farmer. I do not know about the salt content of the minerals but in case it comes without, what is the correct type of salt and how much do I feed?

For those wanting to copper bolus please go to saanendoah.com and read Joyce's article first.

Sorry Susan, have no idea, I don't offer any other sodium than what is already in my complete mineral. Vicki
