Pulsators were engineered for commercial milkers to make and break vacuum because constant vacuum on the teat causes edema. Blood collecting in the teat. The swelling and irritation to the teat canal will most likely eventually cause mastitus. Personally, I'd stay away from it. From what I read on the site, this was engineered to pull clostrum from mares, notoriously difficult to milk to start with unless you're proficient. Not for constant use.
