Moved to a few acres in central ga a few yrs ago from Dallas, Tx. Moved due to DH work. Spent two years cleaning up the property from over grown everything, to a dump site on the property, thus why the price was right. I have had a garden since day one but every year it gets bigger. Found a window replacement company that allows me to dumpster dive and I get all the free wood and windows I want. Green house going up this spring!!!! 😁 I now have chickens and prepping the chicken barn with stalls for goats. Still need to fence in back meadow. Just put together a 100w solar panel with a battery but now stuck on what to due next 😐 got so many projects going on. DH has been bringing home pallet wood, the slats. Amazing what I can due with free wood 😜. Anyway, my goal, as for many others, is to be self sufficient. I look forward to meeting people here and getting ideas. 😃 now off to research this site while I'm confined indoors due to cold rain 😐
