Hello from central GA

Longtime watcher - finally got the nerve to write it out.

We have owned and managed four farms over the past 55 yrs. I grew up on our Indiana farm, and ventured out west to homesteads my family owned in Wyoming and Montana - both sheep and cattle and alfalfa. Subsequently we sold those in 2003 to put the money back into Indiana soybean farm and the livestock operation here in Central West Georgia.

Welcome. I to am in West Central Ga.....for now. Got a place we are slowly working on in North Ga. we will one day move to. I mostly lurk around and look up answers to most of my questions as most have already been asked in the past. LOL

North Georgia is too hilly for us - I like seeing a neighbor coming from a distance. Also too close to Sequoyah and Oconee.

Not so sure that this is the right forum for us. Seems everyone has a personal agenda - not welcoming - just downright nasty.

My opinion is mine. Some people don't like so they go circling and try to turn you in their direction. It hasn't worked on me for 60 yrs - not likely to happen anytime soon. This biz of feeding dogs raw meat - ok fine, if that's your bag fine - just respect my opinion.
