Smile Greetings from arizona
My wife & I are building a small summer cabin in the mountains of Arizona. We have a couple of acres & this week our septic & water tank are getting installed. I have hired a couple of guys to help me fence the two sides that are not fenced.
We plan to build with 12V electrical & solar. We have power to the property that we will hook up to but we will be able to not turn on the switch & live off-grid.
So I came here hoping to find ideas & information. I continue to read as much as I can & I'm learning a lot.

Welcome! Our first homesteading experience was also in AZ, north of Flagstaff way out in the middle of nowhere in Coconino County. What county are you building in? Good luck with your venture!
