Tennessee Bound!

Hi, all~

So happy to have found this site! Wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. My husband and I are currently living in Colorado but have been doing our research for the past year or so on where we wish to retire, and have decided on eastern Tennessee. He is about two years away from retiring (could have retired last September but wants a bit more time to save more $$ but I'm working on him to retire NOW.

) and we are so excited to be that close to our dream of finding a little piece of land and getting back to a more simple way of living. We are going to be visiting the Greeneville, TN area at the end of this September. Looking forward to it and to meeting some like-minded folks!

Hey! We'll be neighbors! Well, almost, I'm in Roan Mountain, which is about 1-1/2 hours from Greeneville. Can't tell you much about Greeneville, seems to be a nice place though.
