Need help from Florida homesteader

I am curious to find out what land prices are in/around Gainesville, Florida. Wondered if someone who lives in or near the area could do me a favor and pick up some free real estate guides, especially ones containing ads for land, and maybe a copy of the classified ads from the Sunday edition of the Gainesville paper and mail them to me. Will gladly reimburse for shipping, handling, gas, etc.

If anyone happens to have any info on hand, please post here.

Specifically, I am interested in knowing the price for 40 acres of planted pines around Archer. I just had my parcel there appraised but am uncertain of the accuracy of the appraisal. Would greatly appreciate the help.
