Wink Good luck. I am just 2 weeks away from the same thing

But...SD to Iowa. Scary, though, because it is 3 1/2 hours away. The furthest I had ever moved before was 2 1/2 hours away. I know. It's been hard to coordinate, and I have been down there most every weekend with the exception of my daughter's HS graduation weekend, and this weekend because of the 100 degree-plus heat wave, working on that house. It's very embarrassing now, because people are coming in and out on short notice because I am trying to sell this myself, and am living in a cardboard box state. But, what do I care what people think? In 2 weeks, I won't be living here. The tough thing is, self-enduced stress...rather than start initially with the realtor I have had here and set up to take over once I move because it's too far to troop back and forth...I am trying to sell this myself, as I have done before, and offering a contract for deed just because it would hopefully lead to a faster sale. It still feels like an invasion of privacy each time some troops through here. It's just that I am a very private person. But, if we were still living here, like we are, althoug just part-time while we pack...we would be asked to leave everytime the realtor showed it.
