We own a drive through coffee shop so we get a lot of espresso/coffee grounds. My husband puts them in our compost, but you have to be careful of the high acidity that used grounds carry. If you add some limestone to your compost when you add the grounds, then that should take care of the trick.

You can add crushed eggshells instead of limestone. I sprinkle the eggshell powder on the surface of the bedding in my worm bin once-twice a week and the worms go crazy. Really helps to nuetralize the acid from coffee/tea grounds.

It is also supposed to help shrink celllulite on your thighs, just rub on in shower wait ten min then rinse off[ you can wrap plastic wrap around it during ten min to hold in heat].

I've heard it's useful for when you get done chopping garlic or onions to get rid of the strong smell..

Just rub the used grounds on your hands and rinse off.
