Grey water system

Do anyone have detailed plans that they'd like to share or a link for greywater management system. I have to submit one to the health department before I can get a building permit.

Seems like the Health Department should be able to give you some examples of plans they have approved in the past. Requirements vary so much from area to area (heck, county to county), someone else's may not be appropriate for you.

Here's a link to start you out with:
http://www.oasisdesign.net/greywater/

The three books that they have available (Create an Oasis with Grey Water,
Branched Drain Grey Water Systems, and Builder's Grey Water Guide) should tell you everything you might need to know, or tell you where to find it.

Contact the local Board of Health. They require the system, and the town building department enforces it. So, the board of health should be able to tell you what they want in your area.

The one I plan on using is in the Earthship books. Sorry, I don't remember which volume. I loaned mine and never got it back.

I believe that greywater systems are discussed in all 3 volumes to some degree. I got my copies from amazon.com used for about half price. They are good reading if nothing else!

Thanks for the heads up, I will be sure to watch who I loan mine to!!!
