How do you eat a tough mountain goat?

You put the tough old wild goat hind in a big pot of water with a rock the same size as the wild goat meat.
Boil for a very long time, or until the rock is tender.
When the rock is tender, discard the old wild goat hind and eat the rock.

What is the cholesterol content per ounce of rock ?

Can the old wild goat hind be used again ( recycled ) to start a new pot of stew, or would you have to add more rocks ?

Is this a Old Southern dish ?

Is this something out of the Dark Ages ?

What would go good with the rock to make a 4 course meal ?

Inquiring minds would like to know !

A: Sure, why not? I would always add a similar weight of rock to the same weight of hind just to balance it so the pot won't tip over. :haha:

A: Well, you'de want a hard place to go with the rock, and for the other 3 things after consulting Martha Stuart, I would go with iron bar, striped easy to wear dungarees, and perhaps some K-mart stock certificates for flavor :haha:

From what I've read, mountain goat is one of those things you only eat once. If you manage to get it down the first time.
