Propane prices where you live

Our propane prices here in California are skyhigh. How much is propane going for where you live?

The last I bought here was on 9/22/2004. They charged me 1.59 per gallon, plus tax. I'd venture that it's gone up even more since then. At that time, the Mont Belvieu spot price was .72 per gallon, so I don't think my propane supplier will go belly up soon!

We locked in at $1.19 over the summer. It's running about $1.65 right now, for those not locked in.

..............I meant to call my supplier today but senility prevented me from remembering but my guess would be around 1.60\gallon . Here in texas Diesel fuel is priced at 2.09\gallon which IS the same price as 93 octane . That , is clearly Wrong as diesel fuel is the cheapest fuel to refine . ...fordy...

The propane delivery truck just left here (12/3/04). He charged me 1.55 per gallon. I guess it has gone down since the last I bought. (See earlier post)
I haven't checked the Mont Belvieu spot price today yet.
