Bubble gum dog

Our dog just got hold of a big chunk of chewed bubble gum and swallowed it. Could it harm him in any way?

He should pass it. Just make sure he's still having bowl movements and eating. If he stops doing one or the other or both, take him to the vet.

If it's gassy, you might want to watch for bubbles!

It should be all right. Just keep an eye on it!

I swallowed lots of bubble gum when I was a kid, I'm still around. I would think a dog would pass it just like kids do.
