I don't believe it. Finally got our deal approved on some land in VT.

Happy camper here. Been waiting Sooo long. be awhile before we can move but it is one step closer

Congratulations! How many acres? Are those sugar maples? Must have been from this summer - it's nice and green!

It's 10 acres. Mostly birch trees now. It use to be part of a farm and was select cut 10-15 yrs ago. Beautiful. Lot further north (think close to Canada) than we wanted but budget ....

Got a few years before we can move and build but we should have it paid off by then.

I am very excited for you!! Also somewhat envious, altho I'm not sure I could deal with all the cold.

I love the idea that you will have it paid for before the move and build. Try to put a little travel trailer on it for when you come to visit.

Nooooo... that has to be in SOUTHERN Vermont.... Look at all that green! We're an inch deep in snow and frozen up here in northern VT!
