Just saw my BUCK!

DH and I got a glimpse of him at the edge of our 40 acre woods.
A nice spread with 8 points, maybe 10.

2 more weeks.
Sure hope I get him before the neighbors do.

Tallpines, are you in Wisconsin too?? The bugs been biting me lately-cannot wait til the 20th . Was out squirrel hunting on halloween and saw three bucks-get this-at the same time!! Two nice eight pointers and a small six. They were all within 50 yards of me all at once. I've never had that happen before, it was quite the sight. Saw one of the eights after two does again yesterday. Hopefully i'll be lucky enough to see them in a couple weeks.

Good luck, Tallpines. We are in our deer season here in Minnesota right now. Saw a 10-pointer on Friday...but the season didn't start until the next day :waa:

Got a nice fat 3-pointer on Saturday.
