My signs are almost done

I found a local sign guy to do my trailer lettering. He played with my ideas and told me to come back the next day.

He re-did what I had done into a great looking, professional job! Way better than what I could have done! He told me it was going to cost me.....I waited with anticipation....(I have budgeted $1000 for signs).

He told me it would run me $100 for each side of the trailer! I couldn't believe it. The other places in the "big town" wanted $175 minimum for just plain lettering! I don't know how long he spent making up his version, but I'm sure a graphic artist would cost me at least $50/hour...

It looks great and should be done tomorrow. I'm so excited. It's like I have these great looking signs and NOW I feel like a real business! I'll post pics when I can....

Shop local...it always pays!

Jena

That looks GREAT!!!
Now you've got a branded logo that can work on stationary, bus cards etc.
Next you need a calender with pictures of your animals (frolicking in their natural Organic environment ) and dates marked when the meat is available etc. and of course, your logo.
People love calenders cause they are practical and for you it gets your brand out there and catches a lot of eyes.

Very Nice! Your painter did a great job! What does the italic lettering say below? Did he do it free-hand or computer generate it somehow?

Really nice!

I'd buy from you just on the strength of the sign.

It's good, and as they said you've got something to put on stationery in black-and-white. I'm worried that you're putting YOU - female, etc. out here on the Web, though. I'm worried about the whackos who might follow up on you personally.

I was thinking about a calendar today, but more with appetizing dishes pictured. Nice pot roasts for those cold days, sizzling steaks in the summer, etc.

I've been posting on the internet for years with enough info that any whacko that wanted to find me, could. I figure one look will send them screaming back under the rock they came from

Two calendars, Jena. One with the animals and one with the dishes. I think most people would love to see the animals in their natural setting. They sure were popular in the farmers market I participated in.

That logo is PERFECT for your business card!! Gives all the information a person would need. Kudos to the signpainter as well as you!

Jena, get busy on that book. I'm dying to read it.

I personally think pictures of the animals would be more interesting to look at. I love animals though.
