Hello from S.C.
I am a new guy on hear and let me say hello to everyone. My wife and I are in the process right of looking for land to buy. We have narrowed down the areas to a few different places that are within an hours drive of Charleston. We both grew up in an area right outside of Charleston that was the country when we were young. In the last 30 years though there has been a 300/400 % growth spurt along the coast here. We are ready to get away from the traffic and the home owners association rules. Give us a piece of land and leave us alone. Great website and will be talking to everyone soon. Steve.

Welcome Steve,

I hope you enjoy the site. Lots of great information on here. I live in North Carolina but there are a few I have seen from SC also. Good luck at finding your land and your homesteading happiness!
