need to locate a used rebar cutter/bender tool

Hello everyone. I need help to locate a used rebar cutter/bender tool. These tools are so expensive to buy new, and an old used one would work just as well for us. If you are aware of any online classifieds or store where used construction equipment is sold, I certainly would appreciate you letting me know. It would be greatly appreciated.

Bend rebar by useing two pieces of metal water pipe a bit larger that the rebar and about 4 feet long. Have someone stand on the first one while you pick up the second with the pipes close together at the point you want to bend. You can cut rebar about half way with a hacksaw and then break it in two.

If you want a rebar cutter/bender you can rent one for a few bucks a day. Sometimes renting is better than owning depending on the usage of the item.
