Okay, Chuck, you got me into this...

Alright, so you said that you get pigs and keep them over winter. Now DH wants to go to the livestock auction on Tuesday.
Help!
We don't have a pig place yet!
Need advice.
Folks don't seem to think electric wire will keep them in.
Help!
(see pig forum for additional cries for help)

Call your local farm store and check out the price of hog panels. I've also heard of people using wooden pallets to create a fence. Just make it strong.

Hog panels and t-posts are the best way to go.
Pigs will also need shelter, shade at least.
I've known people who throw huge piles of dtraw into the pen and let the pigs make their own shelter.
