Close call in SWVA
Tornado missed me by 3 miles.............Everyone else OK?

Glad to hear you're ok. What part of SWVA are you located? We're in Ohio, but have good friends in the Hillsville/Galax, Independence area.

Tornado passed over us today but did not touch down till it was about 6 miles away. Touch down in Stokesdale N.C.

I'm in Henry Co...........about 70 miles east of Galax...they should be OK.

Here in Central Virginia a tornado touched down around 3:30 PM about 12 miles West of us and another one touched down about 10 miles East of us. Luckily no serious damage. Over by Richmond and up near Remington there were also several twisters and some damage was reported.
