Has anyone here ever made some??? Results?? Would it work in a modern fuel injected deisel engine??

Will the government let you run it on the state/Federal Highways??

It burns cleaner than regular diesel and you have the added benefit of smelling like Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Hi Yucca,

At the Indiana State Fair the tractors that pulled all the trailer-busses,
around the Fairground were using bio-deisel, as was the Commuter-
train that ferried Folks, from the Northern Suburbs, down to the Fair-ground. There was a report on it on RFD-TV. They said it went a long way, toward eliminating the deisel odor.

It uses re-cycled frying oils from fast-food restaurants.I think they only
use about 10 to 15% cooking oils. One major problem is that it jels in
cold weather, such as below freezing temps.

There are formulas for making biodeisel at home on the net. Has anyone ever tried to make it and been successful??

As for gelling in the winter or during cold weather I assume it could be cut with kerosene just like deisel is.
