tiny black ants

i`ve got 6 raised beds in my garden on the paths between them are thousands [ literally ] of those tiny tiny black ants - back in N.Y. we called them sugar ants ] - i would like to know if i can get rid of these - THANKS

Mix sugar and borax or boric acid at a ratio of about 60/40 and it place it where they can find it and take it back to the nest.

Bottle caps make good containers

They do aerate the soil and police against other bugs. I might just leave them if they aren't too much of a problem.
