Needing a good pesticide

I'm looking for a good pesticide to use for fleas, ticks, chiggers, etc that I can mic into a gallon sprayer and spray around the immediate yard of the house and sheds, and perhaps in my house if able. Something that I can find at a Home Depot if possible. Does anybody have any suggestions? I don't want something that kind of works, I want something that will sure enough kill the bugs in these areas.

Permethrin. Available in a variety of forms from pour-on topical to backrubber concentrate to pure permethrin powder.

High concentrations kill, lower concentrations repel.

Permethrin is persistant, of fairly low toxicity to mammals, and really puts the hurt on bugs. When I pour 15mL of 1% topical permethrin on my dogs, they are usually covered with dead mosquitoes within hours.

Neem seed oil. You buy a thick oil and dilute it. You can often get it from a place that sells essential oils, such as www.camdengrey.com

I've always had good results with Happy Jack Kennel Dip

I have always used malathion for sure bug killing in the yard. If they were bad I'd follow it up in a month with diazinon.
