I'm sorry you're feeling so stressed. You know that the more you worry about falling behind, the further behind you get. Take a deep breath and write a list of things you must get done, and concentrate on those things. The things you want to get done can wait a little while. As you see the list of must do's shrinking, it'll give you a sense of accomplishment and the energy to tackle the should do list.
Just remember, we live this life because we want to. Enjoy it! It will get better.
