Chipped enamel coated dutch oven

I picked up a nice big dutch oven for $8 today at a thrift shop but it has a chip in the enamel on the inside. I figured for that price I could try to repair it. Has anyone had any luck doing this? Or a way to keep it from continuing to chip so I can use it as is? Thanks.

I do not think it can be fixed. If you like the pan put some cooking oil on the chip after you use it and don't worry about fixing it.
