Anyone recognize this cultivator?

I have a Simplicity VA walk behind tractor that I bought with a tiller attachment last September. It works great, but I have been trying to find other implements for it like a plow, cultivator, harrow, ect.

I found this cultivator today at a thrift store/antique store for $50. It is missing 1 of the tines, but I can make one.

It is not the one that was made for this tractor, but I can make it work.

Before I start modifying it to make it work with my tractor, I would like to know who made it and how old it is. I don't think I'll have to cut it up or anything, just unbolt it and adjust how it is put together to make it work with my machine.

There were some markings on it. They were:

T (diamond E) 184
K117A
K116A

I am not sure, but I think the first is a model number, and the second two may be part numbers.

Here are some pics.

WOW Thanks! I couldn't find anything on it.

It looks like it is missing more parts than I thought it was, but that's ok.
Like I said, it should work nicely with my Simplicity.

Yes. Most ivwe seen didn't have a wheel. Mine don't. My expanding harrow tho does.
What you've got was commonly called a 5 schovel. You can still buy the schovels at most farm ag stores. BUT, like you say, I made some for mine also. They had a set of handles that came on them. Whether theyed be handy on the schovel hitched to the Sim, I don't know.

Talking about Simplicity 2 wheel tractors. Today I finally got my new HF engine mounted on mine. I had a hard time finding a pulley for the engine. Found one that was near the size of the flywheel pulley on the transmission. IO thought that in low it would work. LIKE HECK. fired that baby up, and it took off like a striped ape. Pulley came off somewhere and I havnt found it. Lost the key way also.

That's not good Bill!
Is it a metric pulley? I am sure you have, but did you try Ace Hardware? I noticed that they had a lot of pulleys. That is where I am going to go to try to get the proper size for the tiller drive pulley on mine.

The guy I bought mine from said he had changed one of the pulleys on it to a larger one.
I thought it may have been the one for the implement, but now I think it is the main drive pulley.
When I till with it, the machine goes too fast and is under powered.
I will try to get a smaller drive pulley and see how she does after that.

I did do an oil change today, new spark plug too. She ran a little stronger and sounded a little healthier. I also got the correct belt for the tiller.

I finished tilling the section that I am going to start my garden it. It is probably 30'x50'. Now I just need to get the horse manuer from my neighbor, spread it out, re-till it, build a garden fence, set up the posts and grates for the veggies to grow on, plant the garden............. LOTS TO DO! I love it.

Mine dosent have a tiller on it, It has a DB plow rigged to it. I got new tires with fluid on it. Turned them around from the widest setting to the narrowest yesterday. Love the idea of the transmission. The HF engine seemed to do good, but I wasn't plowing, so time will tell.

Our two wheel simp had a 7.5 hp clinton w/ a double pulley that was under 3in. and the outer groove was even smaller...that one drove the Sickle Bar...there was some flat stock bolted to the side of the block holding round stock 'guards' that limited the belts from jumping off when the drive idlers were released to stop mowing/driving
