Some pics of our homestead in south tx

Hey everybody just wanted to say hi and show a nice evening here on our homestead in south tx since moving here in July 2012 we have enjoyed the piece and quiet and life

At my homestead lol we have had some rain this yr and I got lucky I mowed then we got rain and bam green lol this winter has been mild also we had 72 degree day last week

Very nice. I miss that country down there. I was working on a ranch from 2010-2012. Left in Feb. right before you moved down there. I have driven all across Texas my whole life and really didn't like that area much. You have to live there to really appreciate it. Everything either bites, punctures or stings you down there.

But for every rattler there is an indigo.

Your right about that I had a rattler on my front porch about a month ago talk about a surprise and the indigos get large like 8 ft but awesome snake to see
no really likes this.

I had it 2 high but diddnt like the height so I added another row and love it now I can burn a little more wood when entertaining folks and enjoying the cooler nights
