:worship: :worship: :worship: :worship: :worship:

Well it finally happened-persistance paid off. Found a great appraiser who was willing to word things in a way the mortgage lenders would be more receptive to and was just informed our mortgage has been approved through WMC mortgage out of texas!!!

I am at work!!

I think the 23 is the day we close on our property!

How deep do you think the well will be? It looks like ours will be about 450.

How much is he charging you a foot?

our well will be between 200 and 300 feet, had a survey done by northwest aquafer survey company , cost 1200.00 but well worth it compared to a 10 grand dry hole. turns out where we wanted the well there was no water for at least 500 feet. so we are drilling where he said the water was between 2 and 3 hundred. Clay Parson drilling will do the well, comes highly recommended and is charging 22.00 per foot cased.
