Hello!

I haven't been here much, but I did start canning this last season. My favorite is my homemade pasta sauce!

Okay... This looks like a farm tool to me!
On the side is engraved "D.B. Harrington 4/24/40"
Have searched the net but can't find anything.
It bolts to the wall and a crank with strap tightens the jaws.

Can anyone identify it?

Harness clamp Used to hold harness up above the curved 2 jaws so it can be sewed.
