any vermicomposters here?

I all i have a almost bin finished, one in progress with3+ pounds in it and I'm starting a new one today, with a pound.

I have never used pineapple pealing for a food source, is it ok or should I stick with the basics?

thanks

I know they don't like citrus. I don't particularly like pineapple so it's not exactly in the diet here... Pineapple pH is 3.2-4 where as an Orange is 3-4 so I would say no based on it's acidity.
