Charcuterie video?
A while back I watched a well made online video (almost like an inde film) about making various pork sausages, blood pudding, etc. but now I can not find the videos for anything. I think someone here posted the original link. I hoping someone can point me back to the video.

The videos are very well made, but the homesteader/meatsmith sure is an odd duck.

Yeah, I've never been accused of being normal. The meatsmith seems like a pleasant fellow...just a bit exaggerated in his delivery.

Seems like I read that both he and his wife are lit majors and they made at least one of these vids for a kickstarter promo....IIRC, anyway.

Yep, I believe I read that he was a literature major too...perhaps that's why I'm biased toward believing him an odd duck.

I saw these a year or so ago. It really inspired me to try my hand at making charcuterie. There are others.
is a good one.
