A-frame home, seeking indoor firewood rack ideas

Just about to build a firewood rack for the A-frame. With a seriously sloping roof, structural integrity is a consideration.

I figured screwing a strip of wood to the sloped wall from floor height of stack as a "bumper", then making a basic L shaped rack.

Better ideas appreciated! Thanks.

Better description, or better yet, a photo, would help.

This inside or outside ?

What 'structural integrity' ? You tying it to the building somehow ?

Photo may be possible, tbd.
It's for the indoors on a flat end wall abutting the sloped wall.
Structural so that weight doesn't pull it part, being that it isn't braced top to top as it abuts a very sloped wall. . I think a diagonal brace could solve.

I'd be careful about bring that much wood into the home. There are bugs in it that you don't even know about yet.

Ticks, carpenter ants, regular ants and on... The warmth of the house will bring them out in droves. FWIW

I second this. I bring in wood twice a day just because of the bugs. Only enough in the morning for the day, and then in the evening, enough to pack the stove for the night, then re-stoke it in the morning... repeat as needed..
