Question Animal ID in Missouri
I was told today by a friend from out of state that Missouri has passed the Animal ID Law. I though that it was defeated. He said no that it was to take affect in 2016-2017. I can not find it. Does anyone know if it was defeated or not?

@Batt, the sidebar in that article kind of cracked me up a bit and is "Missouri mule". 2nd nationally in # of livestock premises, with 17% compliance. Do we really think our food will be any safer?
